About the Artist

J.P. Morton is famous for his coastal bird carvings out of natural woods. He finds just the right pieces and shapes them into recognizable forms. Morton's work is in the collection of country music star George Strait, among many others. Morton is quite popular on the Art Festival circuit, typically selling out at events such as the Rockport Art Festival in July.
